Educational email courses, ghostwritten for bootstrapped founders

Two leaks are costing you revenue. One email course closes both on autopilot.

Visitors land on your site and leave without a trace. Free users sign up and never upgrade. I write educational email courses in your voice that capture the first group and convert the second. Built once, then it runs without you.

Book a call and I'll show you where you're leaking.

It's free, and it's also a live sample of my writing.

You don't have a traffic problemYou have a capture problem.

01

Your traffic shows up once and disappears.

You earned that traffic. Launch posts, SEO, replies at midnight, a Product Hunt day that cost you a week of sleep. They read one page, close the tab, and you have no way to reach them again. You are paying for attention you already own.

02

Your free users sit there and never upgrade.

They signed up. They clicked around. They never reached the moment where your product actually clicks, so they never found a reason to pay. Your free-to-paid rate stays flat, and nobody can tell you exactly why.

03

You know how to fix it. You don't have weeks to build it.

A course that actually teaches takes research, positioning, sequencing, and a clear map of where people stall. That is four to eight hours before you write a single line, and you are already shipping features and clearing support tickets.

04

Your last lead magnet is sitting in a downloads folder, unopened.

The PDF collected the email. It never collected attention. A file cannot follow up. It cannot answer the objection that shows up on day four, or make the case for upgrading on day six.

The difference

What you've tried. Why it stalled.

What you've tried

  • A PDF or playbook. Downloaded, never opened, forgotten.
  • A newsletter you started twice and stopped twice.
  • A cheap writer who sent you seven emails and no system.
  • AI drafts that read like every other AI draft, so you scrapped them.
  • Writing it yourself. "Next month" for 6 months.

How it works with me

  • A course built around your product's aha moment, not generic advice.
  • Written in your voice, approved by you before anything else gets written.
  • Opt-in page copy included, so the course actually gets subscribers.
  • Automation built and tested, so it runs on autopilot without you touching it.
  • Under 2 hours of your time across the entire project.

Most founders reach for the playbook because that is what everyone reaches for. It works, in the sense that it collects an email address. Then it dies in a downloads folder.

An educational email course lands in the one place your customer already checks every day. It arrives in sequence, one idea at a time, over a week. People finish it because finishing is easy. And because you are in their inbox for seven straight days, you get seven chances to teach, to handle an objection, and to earn the upgrade.

The mechanism

A PDF gets downloaded.A course gets finished.

Most importantly, people who are more likely to complete the free resources are the people who are more likely to invest in the product.

Captures

Turns anonymous traffic into subscribers you can reach again, instead of a visit you can only count.

Teaches

Delivers real value in sequence, so the reader trusts you before you ever ask for anything.

Converts

Guides free users to the moment your product proves itself, then makes upgrading the obvious next step.

Most courses lean heavily one way. Built properly, yours does both jobs at once, every day, without you in the room.

The process

You talk once. I build the rest.It runs forever.

Phase 1
15 minutes

The call

We look at where your traffic goes and where your free users stall. You leave with clarity on what a course would actually do for your funnel, whether or not you work with me.

Phase 2
60 minutes

Content mining

One strategy call where I pull the thinking out of your head. Your customer's real objections, your product's aha moment, the way you explain things when nobody is watching. This is the call that makes the writing sound like you and not like a template.

Phase 3
Your first draft

Voice check

I build the course outline and write day one. You read it. If it sounds like you, we keep going. If it doesn't, we fix it before a single other email gets written. Nothing gets built on a voice you don't approve.

Phase 4
The rest is mine

The build

I write the full course, revise it until you sign off, then write your opt-in page copy, design the emails, and build the automation behind it. You approve and I ship.

Live in 30 days when you move fast. Four to six weeks at a normal pace.

Then it runs on autopilot.

This is built once. After it ships, every new visitor gets captured and every free user gets walked toward paying, on their own schedule, while you're asleep or shipping features. No monthly retainer. No content treadmill. One asset that keeps working long after the project ends.

Your total time commitment: under two hours.

15 minutes on the discovery call. 60 minutes mining your expertise. Roughly 15 minutes reviewing and approving. That is the whole ask. You never write a word.

Where I'm at

I'd rather show you the receipts I have than invent the ones I don't.

I am early. I am not going to paste fake logos on this page or borrow someone else's numbers.

Here is what is true right now. I have written and shipped this exact asset, including my own educational email course built on the same system I would build for you. I have written a course for a founder building a mobile app, currently rolling out. My first client results are being collected as they happen, and they will appear on this page the moment they exist, with names attached.

What you are hiring is not a portfolio. It is a process, a voice you approve before the work begins, and unlimited revisions until it sounds like you.

I don't promise outcomes I can't control. I control the inputs that produce them, and I keep working on those inputs until they're right.

Judge for yourself

Don't take my word for it.Take the course.

I wrote a free 5-day email course on turning free users into paying customers. It's the real thing, not a teaser. You'll finish it knowing exactly how the system works, and you can build it yourself if you want to. Nothing in it is held back.

There's a second reason it exists. It's the same asset I'd build for you: written the same way, sequenced the same way, delivered the same way. So before you book a call, you get to sit on the receiving end and decide for yourself whether my writing is worth paying for.

Five days. One fix a day. Unsubscribe whenever you want.

Fair questions

The 3 things every founder asks me.

01"Why can't I just do this with AI?"

You can generate seven emails in less than 10 minutes. That was never the hard part. The hard part is knowing which objection blocks the upgrade, which feature creates the aha moment, and what order to reveal things in so a stranger keeps opening. AI does not know your customers, and it writes in the average voice of the internet. Founders can spot it, and so can your list. I use AI as a tool. It doesn't replace the thinking or the call where I mine yours.

02"Why can't I hand this to a cheap writer?"

Because a cheap writer will send you seven emails. You will still not have a system. No opt-in page that earns subscribers, no automation, no sequencing built around your funnel, no diagnosis of where you are actually losing people. Emails are the deliverable. The system is the product.

03"Why you?"

I understand what you're building. My degree is in AI and data science, and I've spent it around product people, so I don't need SaaS explained to me. I know what activation means, what a free tier is for, and why users stall where they stall. I take 3 clients at a time because this only works when I go deep. And I chose to write for founders specifically because it puts me in the room with people who are building things, which is where I want to be.

Nothing breaks if you close this tab.

That is the problem. Nothing breaks. Traffic keeps arriving and keeps leaving. Free users keep signing up and keep sitting there. Every month, a quiet number of people who were interested enough to visit disappear for good, and none of it shows up as a failure on your dashboard.

6 months from now, same list size, same upgrade rate, still meaning to fix it.

Or you build the thing once in the next 30 days, and it keeps closing the leak for you every month after that.

Questions

Everything else you're wondering.

It depends on the scope of your course and where your funnel is right now. We cover it on the call. I'd rather show you what this would look like for your business before talking about a number.

One time. You pay once, the asset gets built, and then it runs on autopilot. There's no content treadmill and nothing to renew. If you want a second course later for a different segment, that's a separate project.

30 days if you move quickly on approvals. Four to six weeks at a normal pace. The timeline is mostly determined by how fast you review.

Under 2 hours total. One 15-minute call, one 60-minute strategy call, and roughly 15 minutes of review. You never write anything.

That's what the content mining call is for. You approve the first email before I write a single other one, and revisions are unlimited until the voice is right. If it doesn't sound like you, it doesn't ship.

Yes. I write the opt-in page copy, design the emails, and build the automation, so the whole thing runs on its own. You don't need to configure anything.

No. The course is what starts the list. If you already have one, the course gives you a reason to re-engage it.

No, and I'll be straight about why. I can't control your traffic volume, your pricing, or your product. I can control the research, the voice, the sequencing, and the revisions, and I keep working on those until you're happy. I'd rather under-promise here than sell you a number I can't back.

3 at a time. When those slots are full, there's a waitlist.

Last step

Your traffic is still leaving while you read this.

15 minutes. I'll show you where your funnel is losing people and what a course would do about it. If it isn't a fit, I'll tell you that instead of pitching you.
